The Compagnie Française du Bouton has been present for more than fifty years on the market of various buttons and closures for the clothing industry. These small accessories play the main role in terms of harmony, aesthetics and functionality on the clothes for which they are intended.

We supply many French and European ready-to-wear brands, particularly in the luxury sector.

Because each creator is unique, our products offer great flexibility of use, customization and adapt to all your requirements.

We also intervene on the shape of our products to offer you buttons with holes, tail, combinations and many other fantasies. We also carry out laser engraving of buttons for logos, trademarks, names, designs and special patterns in a wide variety of colors and thus fulfill its originality.

All with a precision and a high-end realization, and a wide range of quality materials such as Mother-of-Pearl, Corozo, Horn, Zamac, Recycled Paper … We also make it a point of honor to direct all our collections towards eco-responsibility and compliance with CSR standards.

your prototypes as soon as possible. Dyes can be made in 24 hours in
the colors of your fabrics just like laser engraving proposals.

Discover our materials

Specialized today in the production of polyester buttons, real natural horn,
mother-of-pearl, corozo, bone, coconut and other natural materials, such as wood.

Pearl

White or gray matter, with iridescent reflections and very resistant, which lines the inner side of the shell of many species of molluscs, ideal for the manufacture of pimples.

Caseine

Casein is a natural material, extracted from the residues of the manufacture of milk, which has become the first synthetic plastic material. It makes it possible to obtain hard and silky buttons, while offering the possibility of bright dyes.

Recycled Paper

Material made of paper made from at least 50% cellulose fibres from waste recovery.

Bio Resin

Bio-resin is an eco-responsible material, a perfect substitute for conventional polyester. It is made of unsaturated polyester and 30% to 42% renewable material consisting of vegetable oils.

Zamac

Metal buttons today in most cases have a brass or zinc alloy (zamac) structure.

Corozo

Corozo, otherwise known as vegetable ivory, is the fruit of a variety of palm trees growing in South America. The veined effect is elegant and the dyes allow a wide variety of colors.

Horn

Material from cow horns and buffaloes. Waxed or matte buttons, light or dark, brown or even blond, the horn offers a natural, authentic side.

Wood

All our "wood" buttons are made of olive wood, very compact and very resistant wood, allowing to consume sustainably given their resistance over time.

Polyester

Artificial synthetic material used regularly in the garment industry, which remains the best substitute for natural materials.

Brass

Brasses are yellow alloys, very ductile and malleable, composed mainly of copper and zinc.
